What Do ELTAs Do?
As an ELTA, you’ll work in public elementary and junior high schools alongside local teachers, with support from experienced advisors at English Resource Centers.

In this dynamic role, you may:
Assist with thematic lessons 🎭
Help design engaging lesson plans 📚
Serve as an English conversation partner 🗣️
Inspire students at English summer and winter camps ⛺
Coach students for English competitions 🏆
Lead fun and interactive club activities 🎉
The program offers NTD 400 per session💰 (40–45 minutes each session), plus public transport subsidies🚆.
All selected ELTAs will also required to attend pre-employment training, which will help you build the skills and confidence you need before starting your placement.

📌Limited Slots: A total of 48 positions are available in the Northern Region. Only complete applications will be reviewed, and applications will be processed in the order they are received. Once all 48 positions have been filled, we will stop accepting and reviewing new applications.
